Straight talk. No fine print. Here’s how we get your gear to you — and what to do if it’s not quite right.

Shipping Info

UK Orders: We aim to ship all UK orders within 3 – 5 working days (normally quicker) but this can be a tad longer during busy times.

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. Express delivery usually arrives 1 business day after dispatch.

Standard delivery usually arrives 2 - 3 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Yeah, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on where you’re based, but most orders arrive within 7–14 working days.

Import fees or customs charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility — we’re not trying to dodge it, just keeping it honest.

Delays: We’re not Amazon — we’re real people. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know straight away. Promise.

Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No dramas. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

Unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging and still looking like it did when you got it.

We don’t cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty or we messed up your order — fair’s fair. Once we’ve got it back and checked it over, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Simple.

How to Return: 1. Drop us an email or message through our How We Ship & If It's Not Right page. 2. Include your order number and reason for return. 3. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Shipping Info

Stuff happens. If your order’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, just let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it — replacement, refund, whatever’s right.
